Our cool "tie dye" Easter eggs

The kids saw this tie dye kit for Easter Eggs and insisted that was the one they wanted. It seemed really complicated at first but once we got the hang of it, it was really fun and the kids had a blast making them. They turned out really cool looking. You wrapped the egg in cloth and then put it inside a plastic case with holes in it. Then you used a small dropper to drop different colored dye into the different holes. They looked so cool, the kids didn't want to eat them so guess what? They are still in my fridge, a month later. My fridge doesn't smell, but how long will they last in there?

Wow! Those are really cool! We didn't dye eggs at all here (they don't really do that in this country) but I keep hearing about all these cool dying kits and it makes me all excited for next April. :)
